- 400g strawberries, hulled and roughly chopped
- 750ml ice-cold water
- 300ml natural yoghurt
- 25g golden caster sugar
- Few drops of rose water
- Coarsely ground black pepper
- Place the strawberries in a food processor or blender with half the water and process until smooth.
- Add the remaining water, yoghurt, sugar and rose water and process again until smooth and frothy.
- Pour into a glass, sprinkle with black pepper and serve immediately.
