- Pipe dots of coloured Swiss roll mixture onto a lined tin and bake for about 2 minutes.
- Remove the tin from the oven, fill with plain Swiss roll mixture and bake.
- Spread the sponge with buttercream and roll, using the parchment to help.
- Decorate with chocolate or candy shapes made in our silicone moulds, using buttercream to attach them.
