Smoked Salmon with Lemon & Capers

serves 4


  • 400g smoked salmon, cut into slices
  • 2 tbsp capers, drained & rinsed
  • 1 lemon, one half juiced, the other cut into wedges
  • Chopped chives, to garnish
  • Freshly ground black pepper


  1. Divide the salmon onto four plates, scatter over the capers, squeeze over some lemon juice, sprinkle with chives and season with black pepper. Serve with a lemon wedge.
