Shimmery Bakewell Fizz with PopaBall Shimmer

Makes 1


  • 1 Kirsch-soaked cherry
  • 1 tbsp Kirsch
  • 1 part Disaronno Amaretto
  • 3 parts Prosecco
  • 1⁄3 tsp PopaBall® Rose Gold Shimmer for Prosecco


  1. Place a Kirsch-soaked cherry and one tablespoon of Kirsch in the bottom of a champagne flute.
  2. Top with one part Disaronno Amaretto and three parts Prosecco.
  3. Slowly sprinkle in 1⁄3 of a teaspoon of the shimmer powder.
