Seville Orange Marmalade

Makes approximately 3 jars


  • 1kg Seville oranges
  • 800g Sugar
  • 400ml water (from the water used to boil the oranges)


  1. Boil oranges for 10 minutes, reserving the water.
  2. Chop oranges into a fine shred, remove and discard pips.
  3. Put all the ingredients into the Electric Jam Maker.
  4. Use Quick’ programme for approx. 30 minutes, check on liquid regularly after 20 minutes and follow the instruction manual given.
