Purple Juice

makes approx 200ml juice

Ingredients

  • 1/8 red cabbage
  • 1 beetroot (peeled)
  • 2 handfuls (80g) blueberries
  • 150g blackberries

Instructions

  1. Process all ingredients in a juicer as directed by the Instruction Booklet, then shake or stir and serve.
