Pico de Gallo Fresh Tomato Salsa

Makes a small bowlful

  • 4 tomatoes, deseeded
  • ¼ onion
  • Medium bunch coriander
  • ¼ tsp sea salt


  1. Finely chop the tomatoes, onion and coriander and put into a bowl. Add the salt and mix well.

Tip: For extra zing, squeeze a little fresh lime into the salsa.
