- 1 panini, sliced lengthways
- 2 large flat cap mushrooms
- 2 slices of Swiss cheese
- 2 tbsp caramelised onion chutney
- Handful of fresh spinach (optional)
- Preheat the grill for 3 minutes.
- Fill the sliced panini with the ingredients, then secure the top of the grill using the silicone side bands.
- Place back in the microwave and heat for 3 minutes.
