- 150ml milk (dairy, almond or rice)
- 50g berries, frozen or fresh, plus a couple to serve
- 2 tbsp rolled oats, plus 1 tsp to serve
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend for 15-20 seconds until smooth. Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve topped with 1 tsp oats and a couple of berries.
