Nielsen-Massey’s Vanilla Ice Cream
Sweet and creamy, this super-simple ice cream, made with Nielsen-Massey’s Vanilla Bean Paste, doesn’t just taste every bit as good as you’d imagine – the vanilla pod seeds give it gourmet-style flecking to ensure it’s a feast for the eyes as well as your taste buds.

Ingredients
- 470ml whipping cream
- 235ml milk
- 235ml single cream
- 200g sugar
- 1 tbsp Nielsen-Massey Madagascan Bourbon Vanilla Bean Paste (or 1 tbsp Nielsen-Massey Madagascan Bourbon Vanilla Extract)
- ⅛ tsp salt
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients into a large bowl and mix until the sugar dissolves. Cover and chill until ready to use, then follow the manufacturer’s directions on your ice cream maker to churn and freeze to silky perfection.
