• 1 ripe mango ─ reserve a few small cubes for garnish
  • 250g EasiYo Bio Greek yoghurt
  • Runny honey, to taste
  • Mint leaves, to garnish


  1. Blend the mango, yoghurt and honey together
  2. Garnish with the reserved mango cubes and mint
  3. Serve immediately.

Tip: For a more filling drink, add up to 4 tbsp rolled oats before blending.
