Mango, Pineapple & Lime Smoothie

  • 1 large mango (about 200g), stoned, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 300ml pineapple juice
  • Zest and juice of ½ lime

To serve

  • Lime wedges (optional)


  1. Put the mango in a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 2 hours and preferably overnight.
  2. Place the frozen mango into a food processor or blender, add the pineapple juice, lime zest and juice, reserving a little of the zest for decoration, and process until thick.
  3. Pour the smoothie into glasses, decorate with the reserved zest and serve with lime wedges, if desired.
