- 1 large mango (about 200g), stoned, peeled and roughly chopped
- 300ml pineapple juice
- Zest and juice of ½ lime
- Lime wedges (optional)
- Put the mango in a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 2 hours and preferably overnight.
- Place the frozen mango into a food processor or blender, add the pineapple juice, lime zest and juice, reserving a little of the zest for decoration, and process until thick.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses, decorate with the reserved zest and serve with lime wedges, if desired.
