Ingredients
- 225ml whipping cream
- 225ml milk
- 75g Strawberry Italian-Style Gelato Mix
- 75g Vanilla Italian-Style Gelato Mix
- 75g Chocolate Italian-Style Gelato Mix
- 75ml Askey’s Crackin Chocolate Chunk Flavour Ice Cream Topping
To Serve
- A few chopped pistachios and whole cherries (optional)
Instructions
- Line a 2lb loaf tin with baking parchment.
- Using 75ml of the cream and 75ml of the milk, make up approx. one third of the pack of strawberry gelato mix (c. 75g) according to the pack instructions.
- Spoon evenly into the loaf tin and freeze for an hour or until set.
- Repeat step 2 with the vanilla gelato mix, spoon evenly on top of the strawberry layer and freeze for an hour or until set.
- Repeat step 2 with the chocolate gelato mix, spoon evenly on top of the vanilla layer and freeze for an hour or until set.
- Drizzle over the Askey’s Crackin Chocolate Chunk Flavour Ice Cream Topping, and top with a few chopped pistachios and whole cherries, if desired. Serve in slices.
