- 75ml cold espresso
- 1 tbsp instant coffee, mixed with 1 tbsp boiling water
- 55ml milk
- 30ml vanilla syrup
- 15ml caramel syrup
- 55ml cream
- Handful ice cubes
- Place all of the ingredients into a blender and whizz until combined.
Tip: This recipe can be multiplied to serve more and can be made grown up’ with a measure of Kahlua® or Baileys®.
