• 5 scoops slightly softened vanilla ice cream
  • 34 tsp ground cardamon
  • 12 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp Buderim Crystallized Hot Ginger Chips
  • 1 bottle Buderim Ginger Refresher
  • 1 litre soda water


  1. Mix ginger chips, cardamom, cinnamon and ice cream together in a bowl. Return to freezer until firm.
  2. Scoop into 4 pint glasses. Mix 4 parts soda to 1 part Ginger Refresher and gently pour over the ice cream.
  3. Garnish with ginger chips, place a straw in each and serve.
