- 5 scoops slightly softened vanilla ice cream
- 34 tsp ground cardamon
- 12 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 tbsp Buderim Crystallized Hot Ginger Chips
- 1 bottle Buderim Ginger Refresher
- 1 litre soda water
- Mix ginger chips, cardamom, cinnamon and ice cream together in a bowl. Return to freezer until firm.
- Scoop into 4 pint glasses. Mix 4 parts soda to 1 part Ginger Refresher and gently pour over the ice cream.
- Garnish with ginger chips, place a straw in each and serve.
