EasiYo Easi Super Smoothie

  • Ice cubes
  • 1 small handful of baby spinach leaves
  • 1 banana, roughly chopped
  • 250g EasiYo Low Fat Greek Style yogurt
  • 360ml low fat milk
  • 1tsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp honey


  1. In a blender layer a few ice cubes, baby spinach leaves, banana, yogurt and milk. Whizz until blended then add chia seeds and honey.

EasiYo’s notes – Try with a few mint leaves to add a hint of freshness. – Soak the chia seeds in 1 tbsp of water to release their healthy goodness.
