- 225g butter, softened
- 110g caster sugar
- Zest of 1 orange
- 275g plain flour
- 2tbsp porridge oats
- 50g chocolate chips
- Place the softened butter into a bowl, add the sugar and orange zest and mix together until soft.
- Add the flour and oats, followed by the chocolate.
- Roll the dough into balls, put them on a baking sheet and then flatten.
- Bake in the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes and enjoy.
