Toasted Ciabatta with Chicken, Cheese, Pesto, Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Basil

Filled with a medley of Mediterranean deliciousness, this deep-filled, sun-drenched beauty will you have checking out flights to Italy before you’ve finished the last mouthful.

Made using the Lékué Microwave Grill


  • 1 small ciabatta, sliced lengthways
  • 1 small cooked chicken breast
  • 40g grated or sliced mozzarella
  • 2 tsp pesto
  • 6 sun-dried tomato halves
  • Fresh basil


  1. Preheat the grill for 3 minutes.
  2. Fill the sliced ciabatta with the ingredients, then secure the top of the grill using the silicone side bands.
  3. Place back in the microwave and heat for 3 minutes.
