Toasted Ciabatta with Chicken, Cheese, Pesto, Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Basil

Made using the Lékué Microwave Grill
Ingredients
- 1 small ciabatta, sliced lengthways
- 1 small cooked chicken breast
- 40g grated or sliced mozzarella
- 2 tsp pesto
- 6 sun-dried tomato halves
- Fresh basil
Instructions
- Preheat the grill for 3 minutes.
- Fill the sliced ciabatta with the ingredients, then secure the top of the grill using the silicone side bands.
- Place back in the microwave and heat for 3 minutes.
