- 2 ginger biscuits, crushed
- 60ml peppermint schnapps
- 30ml Kahlua®
- 90ml Baileys®
- 60ml Amarula
- Ice cubes
- Place two martini glasses into the fridge, chill for 30 minutes.
- Place the crushed ginger biscuits onto a saucer. Pour a small amount of cold water onto a separate saucer. To decorate the chilled glasses, dip the rims into the water, then into the biscuit crumbs.
- Place the peppermint schnapps, Kahlua, Baileys and Amarula into a cocktail shaker. Top up with ice cubes, shake well and strain into the glasses.
