- 1 mango, peeled and chopped
- 2 passion fruit, flesh scooped out
- 1 small banana, peeled and chopped
- 100ml orange juice, chilled
- 100ml pineapple juice, chilled
- Handful of ice
- Sprig of mint, to garnish
- Pineapple slices, to garnish (optional)
- Place all the ingredients into the large 600ml blender cup and blitz for about 1 minute or until smooth, letting the blender rest halfway through.
- Pour into two glasses and garnish with fresh mint and pineapple, if using.
