Caribbean Fruit Crush

  • 1 mango, peeled and chopped
  • 2 passion fruit, flesh scooped out
  • 1 small banana, peeled and chopped
  • 100ml orange juice, chilled
  • 100ml pineapple juice, chilled
  • Handful of ice
  • Sprig of mint, to garnish
  • Pineapple slices, to garnish (optional)


  1. Place all the ingredients into the large 600ml blender cup and blitz for about 1 minute or until smooth, letting the blender rest halfway through.
  2. Pour into two glasses and garnish with fresh mint and pineapple, if using.
