Bream Papillote

Cooking “en papillote” is really simple. The packet holds in all the flavour and steam for succulent results.


  • Sea bream
  • Red peppers
  • Red onions
  • Garlic cloves
  • Thyme
  • Olive oil


  1. It’s so easy – take your favourite fish (we used bream but it works just as well with other fish), take our Parchment Lined Foil and throw in some red peppers and red onions that have been gently fried, garlic cloves, thyme, seasoning and olive oil and simply bake until the fish is perfectly cooked through.
