Berry Crème Brûlée Tart

Serves 4 – 6


  • 500ml Devilishly Delicious Crème Brûlée
  • Fresh blueberries
  • Sweet pastry shells
  • Demerara sugar
  • Fresh mint


  1. Pour the creme Brûle into a saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring regularly.
  2. Place fresh blueberries into a sweet pastry shell
  3. Pour the Crème Brûlée on top.
  4. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  5. Before serving, sprinkle with demerara sugar and caramelise with a blow torch.
  6. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
