Banana Coconut Energiser Smoothie

Serves 1

This thick and creamy smoothie is so sumptuous you might want to have it as a dessert.


  • 12 cup of fresh or frozen shredded coconut
  • 1 frozen banana, peeled and cut in half
  • 30g dark chocolate
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1 cup of skimmed milk
  • 3 ice cubes


  1. Prepare your Banana Coconut Energiser by placing all of the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. Serve immediately in a tall glass.
