Banana Coconut Energiser Smoothie

This thick and creamy smoothie is so sumptuous you might want to have it as a dessert.
Ingredients
- 12 cup of fresh or frozen shredded coconut
- 1 frozen banana, peeled and cut in half
- 30g dark chocolate
- 2 pitted dates
- 1 cup of skimmed milk
- 3 ice cubes
Instructions
- Prepare your Banana Coconut Energiser by placing all of the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. Serve immediately in a tall glass.
